葛根汤联合穴位埋线治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Gegen Decoction Combined with Embedding Medicine in Acupoints for Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:探讨葛根汤联合穴位埋线在治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年10月—2015年5月医院收治的160例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例,观察组给予葛根汤辅以穴位埋线治疗,对照组给予常规针刺治疗,10 d为1疗程,共治疗2疗程,比较两组的临床效果及治疗前后VAS疼痛评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.25%,对照组治疗总有效率为78.75%,差异有统计学意义,χ2=6.905,P=0.000;两组治疗后VAS疼痛评分均明显降低,但观察组治疗效果更显著,差异有统计学意义;两组患者治疗后颈椎屈曲、延伸、旋转及侧屈度明显提升,但观察组改善效果更明显,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:葛根汤联合穴位埋线治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效显著,能进一步缓解病情,促进颈椎功能恢复。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Gegen Decoction combined with embedding medicine in acupoints in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods： 160 cases of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis patients from October 2012 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（ treated by Gegen Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding for 20 days） and the control group（ treated by acupuncture for20 days）.The curative effect and VAS pain grade were recorded and analyzed.Results： The total efficacy rates in the observation group and in the control group were 96.25% and 78.75% and there was significantly difference（ χ2= 6.905,P= 0.000）.After treatment,the pain grades were significanty lower than those before treatment but the treatment effect in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group and there was significantly difference.Cervical flexion,extension,rotation and lateral flexion degree of patients in two groups after treatment improved significantly,but the improvement effect in the observation group was more obvious and there was significant differences,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Gegen Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy is also proven to be highly effective in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis radiculopathy and can alleviate illness and further promote cervical functional recovery.
