Alport综合征(Alport syndrone AS)是一种遗传性肾病,临床少见。现代医学针对此病,尚无有效的治疗方案。结合该病发病机理,中医理论认为此病根源为先天禀赋不足,最终累及于肝、脾,从而出现湿浊毒邪内蕴,发生变证。中医通过辨证将其分为肾精不足证、肾气不固证、气阴两虚证、肝肾阴虚证、脾肾两虚证,正确的辨证施治,可以有效延缓疾病的进展。

Alport syndrome is a kind of hereditary nephropathy and is rare in clinic.Modern medicine for the disease has no effective treatment program.According to the pathogenesis of the disease,TCM theory holds that the disease is the congenital deficiency of innate endowment,and eventually involving the liver and spleen,and thus resluting in internal damp toxin.TCM syndrome differentiation for this disease can delay the progress of the disease effectively.
