穴位埋线结合中药治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Medcine Combined with Catgut Embedding Therapy for Chronic Urticaria

目的:观察穴位埋线结合中药治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供新的方法及依据。方法:医院针灸科于2014年1月—2015年3月收治的慢性荨麻疹患者58例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各29例。对照组采用常规西药治疗方法,观察组采用埋线结合自拟中药方治疗方法,治疗4周后评价临床疗效、不良反应及不良事件,并对比治疗前后患者Ig E表达水平,治疗8周后随访患者的复发率。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.30%;对照组的有效率为89.66%,两组有效率相当,不具有统计学差异(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后观察组与对照组Ig E水平均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组Ig E水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗8周后,观察组的复发率为10.34%,显著低于对照组的27.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组不良反应发生率为6.90%,显著低于对照组的率37.93%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中头痛、胃肠不适及嗜睡发病率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);本研究中,观察组在治疗期间有6例刺到毛细血管出现皮下出血,症状轻微,不影响治疗。结论:采用穴位埋线结合中药治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效确切,远期疗效佳,能够降低慢性荨麻疹Ig E表达水平,减轻患者的变态反应,且安全性好,值得临床推广与使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medcine combined with catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria and to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods： 58 cases,from our acupuncture department,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,29 cases in each group.Control group used conventional western medicine therapy and observation group adopted Chinese medicine combined with catgut embedding therapy.4 weeks after treatment,we evaluated the clinical efficacy,adverse effect and adverse eventsand compared Ig E expression and recurrence rate8 weeks after the follow-up.Results： After treatment,the treatment group＇s total effective rate was 93.30%.The control group＇s was 89.66%.Two groups had no statistical difference（ P〈0.05）.Compared with those before treatment,after treatmentthe observation group and control group＇s Ig E level decreasedstatistically（ P〈0.05）.Comparison between groups,observation group＇s Ig E levels were lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.8 weeks after treatment,the observation group＇s recurrence rate was10.34%,significantly less than 27.59% of the control group and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was.The observation group＇s was significantly lower than 34.48% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The incidences of headaches,gastrointestinal discomfort and sleepiness were lower than those of the control group and difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.In this study,the observation group had 6 cases with capillariessubcutaneous bleeding.Conclusion： Chinese medicine combined with catgut embedding therapy in treatment of chronic urticariahad a better clinical curative effectand long-term curative effect and also can reduce the chronic urticaria Ig E expression levels,with good safety.It＇s a worthwell clinical therapy.
