Reflection on the Professional Construction Led by Skills Competition System: A Case Study

从校本出发,以现代农艺专业为基础,提炼技能大赛对专业发展、基地建设、队伍建设、课程改革、学风建设、学生就业竞争力等领域的引领促进作用,提出大赛可持续发展,期待制度化完善,超越功利主义大赛价值观,充分挖掘技能大赛的教学价值与文化价值。

Based on the practical situation of the school and Modern Agronomy specialty, this paper puts forward the leading role of skills competition on professional development, base construction, team construction, curriculum reform, learning style construction and the students′ employment competitiveness, and proposes to promote the sustainable development of skills competition, look forward to the perfection of the system, excel the utilitarianism competition values and fully tap the teaching and cultural values of skills competition.
