摘要
职业技能大赛引领着我国职业教育教学方向,已经成为各级教育主管部门评价职业学校办学水平的重要指标。职业教育课程领导力决定了职业教育课程改革的方向和速度,本文对职业教育课程领导产生的必要性、后喻时代的校长在课程领导中角色定位、课程领导力对大赛绩效的影响进行了思考。
Vocational skills competition plays a leading role in guiding vocational education, which has become an important indicator for all levels to evaluate the vocational school running level. Vocational curriculum the teaching orientation of of educational departments leadership determines the orientation and speed of vocational education curriculum reform. This paper provides thoughts on the necessity of vocational education curriculum leadership, the presidents" role in curriculum leadership under the post-figurative era, and the reflection of curriculum leadership on the performance of skills competition.
