摘要
从岗位需求、班级设置、人才方案编制与实施、就业安置等各个方面对高职人才的培养提出一种新的模式一一虚拟订单班，以期推进校企深度合作，提高高职院校人才培养的针对性和实效性，在满足企业人才需求和提升学校人才培养质量两个方面实现互利共赢。
A new talent development mode among higher vocational colleges, Virtual Order Class, is advocated according to job requirement, class setting, making and implementation of curricula and employment. It is aimed to promote deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and enable college graduates to better meet current social needs. Thus, a win-win situation is created between meeting corporate demand for talent and improving college graduates＇ qualities.
