摘要
全面推进协同创新已经成为民办院校经管类专业提高人才培养质量的重途径和手段。文章针对现有人才培养模式存在的问题，通过需求分析，建立民办院校经管类专业创新型人才培养协同创新模式架构，积极构建校内整合、校企合作和国际交流等协同创新人才培养新模式，不断提高民办院校经管类专业教育教学水平和人才培养质量。
Comprehensive coordination and innovation has been a major means for non-governmental universities and colleges to improve qualities of Economics and Business specialty graduates. To deal with weaknesses of current talent development mode, a demand analysis is made for constructing an innovative talent development mode for Economics and Business specialty through coordination and innovation in non-governmental universities and colleges. As a result, it is imperative to actively integrate various resources within schools and conduct school-enterprise cooperation and international exchange in order to continually improve teaching and graduates qualities.
