摘要 金融综合改革、民营经济综合改革以及“中国制造2025”三大改革试点在泉州落地,给泉州高校的专业发展和毕业生的就业带来了巨大的机遇。2015年,泉州经贸职业技术学院组织开展了以“全员参与、全程渗透、全方位覆盖”为目标的职业核心能力校本课题研究与实践,通过开发设计“团队合作拓展训练”课等形式,进一步探索培养学生职业核心能力的有效途径。 Three pilot reform projects have been tried out in the city of Quanzhou, offering great opportunities to specialty development of local universities and colleges and graduate employment. The three projects are Comprehensive Financial Reform, Comprehensive Reform in the Private Sector and Made in China 2025. In 2015, Quanzhou Vocational College of Economics and Business conducted school-based research and practice centering career core competence, which was aimed at full participation, whole infiltration and universal coverage. The development and design of such courses as Outward Bound for Teamwork further explore effective methods to develop students' career core competence.
