摘要
针对12m电动公交车(以下简称车辆)用永磁同步电动机(以下简称电机)设计进行分析和介绍。主要从电机的设计技术参数和要求、电磁方案设计、结构设计特点和措施进行了说明和论述。最后通过试验结果分析表明该电机满足车辆的要求,验证了其设计的可行性和有效性。
In this paper,analysis and introduction on permanent magnet synchronous motor( hereafter referred to as"motor") for 12 m electric bus( hereafter referred to as"bus") developed by our company are made. Description and discussion are mainly made from technical parameter requirements,electromagnetic scheme,structure characteristics and measures. The test results show that this motor can meet requirements of the bus,and verify feasibility and validity of this design.
