详细介绍了溧阳抽水蓄能发电电动机定子上端绝缘盒灌注胶开裂问题,从定子上端绝缘盒灌注胶的密封结构、灌注胶材料特性以及安装工艺方面进行分析,最终得出问题的处理方案,对后续类似问题的处理具有指导意义。
This paper introduces crack problem of impregnated glue in stator insulation box of Liyang energy storage generator motor in detail. Treatment plan of crack was finally concluded based on analyses of leakproof structure and material characteristics of the impregnated glue as well as installation technology of stator insulation box. It has a guiding significance for similar problem of subsequent.
