摘要
屏蔽电动机在运行过程中,容易发生短时过载引起绕组过热,导致绕组绝缘损坏。因此,通过对绕组发热的时间分析,求出发热时间常数对时间的关系曲线。从不同的过载电流可以看出,通过对绝缘损坏的原因进行分析,阐明了由于短时过载而影响绝缘寿命缩短的问题,关键是定转子绕组的发热时间常数的求取,对屏蔽电动机的可靠运行具有很大的意义的。
The canned motor is prone to have short-time overload in operation. It can cause overheating of windings and result in damage of winding insulation. Therefore,the curve of heating time constant vs time can be determined by winding heating time. Based on reason analysis of insulation damage,this paper expounds the problem from different overload currents that short-time overload can shorten insulation age. The key problem is to calculate the heating time constants of stator and rotor windings. It has great significance for reliable operation of canned motor.
