介绍了增容改造前后电机电磁参数的对比,新电机结构设计特点,电机的通风、散热,安装现场时新旧电枢拆装等。在结构设计方面,详细介绍了定子、电枢、刷杆座圈的特点。着重讲述新旧电机电磁参数的对比,新旧电枢拆装。

This paper introduces electromagnetic parameter of the motor before and after capacity expansion reformation,structural design characteristics of new motor,ventilation and heat dissipation of the motor,onsite disassembly and assembly of old and new armature and so on. In aspect of structural design,this paper introduces the characteristics of stator,armature and brush rod seat ring in detail,and emphasizes the comparison of electromagnetic parameters between old and new motors as well as the disassembly and assembly of old and new armatures.
