“好项目”视野下的美国职前教师教育问题研究

A Study on US Pre-service Teacher Education Problems in the Perspective of Good Program

摘要 教师培养项目是美国职前教师教育的主体形态,培育大量"好项目"是美国职前教师教育发展的直接目标。"好项目"是需求导向、实践为重、能力为本、针对工作、关键要素过硬、教师自我导向的教师培养项目,创建一系列"好项目"是美国职前教师教育改革的方向所在。在"好项目"指导下,美国教师教育者诊断出了制约职前教师教育发展的七大问题,这些问题成为其未来教师教育改革的靶心。 Teacher preparation program is the principal style of US pre-service teacher education, and fostering quantities of good programs is the direct goals of US education development, which involves demand orientation, focusing on practice, capacity basis, work direction, key element strength, and teacher direction. Under the guidance of good programs, US teacher edueationists have diagnosed seven problems restricting pre-service teacher education development, which are the target for future teacher education reform.
