摘要
通过在一次盐水精制工序增加活化装置,加入经过特殊处理的H.D试剂,在保证二次盐水Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)含量合计≤20×10^(-9)的前提下,延长二次盐水精制树脂塔运行周期,降低离子交换树脂再生频率,减少离子交换树脂再生用高纯盐酸、烧碱和除盐水消耗,达到节能降耗目的。
In the process of the first brine refined, adding the specially treated HD reagent to the newly added activating device, under the premise of the sum of the secondary brine calcium and magnesium ions content is less than 20×10^-9, extended the running time of the secondary brine refined resin tower, reduced the amount of acid、alkali and water for the ions exchanging resin regeneration, and reached the purpose of improving quality and reducing cost.
