摘要
提升教学领导力对促进学校管理者和教师转变观念,整体性改进学校的教学,具有重要的价值与意义。广州市天河区华阳小学在"生本教学"研究和实践的基础上,建构"三角(教学理念体系、教学模式体系、教学研修体系)融通教学机制"及其提升教学领导力模型,并在教学实践的路径形成、操作创造及工具开发中,有效地提升了学校管理者与教师的教学领导力。
Instructional leadership is valuable and significant for school administrators and teachers to convert their ideas for a better teaching. Based on the research into and practice of student-based teaching, our school constructs triangular teaching system(systems of teaching ideas,teaching modes, and teaching research and training) and the models of promoting instructional leadership. Also, in the developing of teaching path, operating creativity and tool exploitation, the instructional leaderships of school administrators and teachers have effectively been raised.
