军民融合模式下高新装备合同商保障费用估算研究

摘要 针对军民融合模式下合同商保障费用估算方法不科学,费用控制不准确的问题,详细梳理了军民融合模式下合同商保障的费用构成,分析单部件多故障模式检测更新及故障更新发生概率,探讨装备使用可用度与检测间隔期关系,构建了合同商保障的费用估算模型,并以某新型复杂装备为例,进行案例说明.为辅助军方签订更为科学合理的合同提供技术支持. To solve the problems of contractor support cost estimation method being unscientific and cost control being inaccurate in the military-civilian integration mode, the composition of contractor support cost in the military-civilian integration mode is summarized, inspection renewal and failure renewal probability of single component multi-failure mode is analyzed, the relationship between equipment operational availability and inspection interval is discussed, and a contractor support cost estimation model is built. Then, a case study is provided using new complex equipment. This research provides a more scientific and reasonable technical support for the military, to assist them in awarding support contracts.
