摘要
六项核心价值从外在价值原则转化为中小学教师内在价值品质过程中,受到七类价值品质影响源的不同作用。中小学教师主要活动场域在校园,但是其价值品质的形成绝非囿于校园之内。我们在培育教师价值品质中,要充分利用好各种影响因素,采取有针对性的影响源策略。
In the transforming process of six core values from external value principle to intrinsic value character of teacher in middle and primary school,the 7 kinds of sources of influence in value character play different roles.Teachers in middle and primary schools act mainly on campus,but the formation of value character is not confined to the campus. In the cultivation of teachers' value character,we should make full use of various influence factors,and take a highly individualized approach to influence strategy.
