In the transforming process of six core values from external value principle to intrinsic value character of teacher in middle and primary school,the 7 kinds of sources of influence in value character play different roles.Teachers in middle and primary schools act mainly on campus,but the formation of value character is not confined to the campus. In the cultivation of teachers＇ value character,we should make full use of various influence factors,and take a highly individualized approach to influence strategy.
