摘要
近年来,以视频为载体的微课,作为一种简短精炼、能突出重点的新型教学资源,成为了在线教育的热点。它不仅推动了传统教学方式的改进,也为当前农村幼儿教师培训带来了新的契机。本文分析了微课提出的背景、概念、特点,揭示了农村幼儿教师培训所存在的问题,指出了微课在农村幼儿教师培训中的优势和不足,并从幼教专家、教育管理部门、幼儿园管理者以及农村幼儿教师等方面提出了将微课运用于农村幼儿教师培训的策略,以推进农村地区幼儿教师的专业发展。
In recent years,micro-lecture,a video-carrier mode of learning,has become a prevailing fashion in online education for it's an emerging teaching resource that is concise,brief and keynote-focused.It not only pushes forward the improvement of traditional teaching methods,but also brings new opportunities for current preschool teachers training in rural areas.This paper,by analyzingthebackground,conceptandfeaturesofmicrolecture,revealsthe)existingproblemsinruralpreschoolteachers'training,pointsouttheadvantagesand disadvantages of the application of micro lecture in rural kindergarten teachers training.To improve the professional development of rural preschool teachers.This paper also puts forward the strategies of the application of micro lecture in rural preschool teachers training,relying on the opinions from preschool education professionals,education administration,kindergarten administrators and preschool teachers in rural areas.
