摘要
从电机基本关系式分析单相异步电机由两极变为四极后电机转速、转矩的变化关系,并制作四极电机样机,就样机在压缩实际测试中存在的问题进行分析,得出工频电源单相异步四极电机不适用于滚动转子式空调压缩机的结论,提出采用电机有限元计算软件,将压缩机泵体阻力代入电机负载,分析电机在压缩机内的瞬态运行情况的方法。
Based on basic formula of motor,the variation relationship between rotating velocity and torque is analyzed after changing 1-phase induction motor from 2-pole to 4-pole and the 4-pole motor prototype is made. The problems of samples during compressor tests are analyzed. It is concluded that 1-phase 4-pole induction motor at industrial frequency power is not suitable for rotary air-conditioner compressor. The method of substituting compressor pump resistance into motor load using motor FEM calculation software is proposed to analyze the transient operation performance of compressor motor.
