摘要 低温冷柜采用透明玻璃门,为顾客挑选食品提供了方便。但目前采用的玻璃门传热系数较高,表面容易出现结露现象,影响展示效果。本文在理论计算分析的基础上,对真空玻璃用于冷柜门表面结露问题进行试验研究。结果表明:低温冷柜采用真空玻璃后,表面结露几率大大降低。 The low-temperature freezer with transparent glass door is convenient for customers to select food. At present,the surface of glass door with higher heat transfer coefficient is prone to condensation,which affects the transparency to show results. On the basis of theoretical analysis,the experimental study on the surface condensation of the vacuum glazing for freezer door is conducted. The results show that low-temperature freezer using vacuum glazing can greatly reduce the chance of surface condensation.
