交流变速低温冷冻涡旋式压缩机的性能分析

摘要 对采用R404A制冷剂的带有喷液冷却功能的交流变速低温冷冻涡旋式压缩机进行试验,分析交流变速涡旋式压缩机的低温冷冻性能;研究不同转速条件下,交流变速低温冷冻涡旋式压缩机的运行特点。试验结果表明,压缩机的制冷能力范围扩大到30%~150%,且在35~75 r/s区间内制冷效率更好。 The experiment on AC inverter-driven scroll compressor with liquid injection using refrigerant R404 A for low-temperature freezing is conducted. The performance of AC inverter-driven scroll compressors is analyzed under low-temperature freezing conditions. The operation characteristics of AC inverter-driven scroll compressor for low-temperature freezing are studied under different speeds. The experimental results show that the cooling capacity range of compressor can be improved by 30% ~ 150%,and the refrigeration efficiency under the speed region of 35 ~ 75 r / s is better than the others.
