本文针对正在修订中的JB/T 10285《食品真空冷冻干燥设备》,介绍了其修订的背景、进展以及思路,并围绕着冻干设备的基本参数,详尽解析了标准内容的前后变化,为正确解读各项技术要求、评价产品性能提供技术指导。
JB / T 10285 Vacuum freeze-drying equipment for food is being revised. The background,progress and ideal of revision are introduced in this paper. Meanwhile,the changes are described in detail around the basic parameter of freeze-drying equipment. It can provide a better understanding for each technical requirements and capacity evaluation of the product.
