银腺杨转基因稳定性及对林内植物种多样性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用PCR分析技术,分析了田间试验已达8年的转Sac B基因的银腺杂种杨的基因稳定性,并对其林地和非转基因林地的植物多样性进行了群落植物种结构数量特征分析。PCR分析表明:Sac B基因仍然存在于转基因植株中。群落植物种结构数量特征结果表明,转基因林地和非转基因林地植物群落植物种组成相近且种频度、个体数量和生物量均呈相同的变化规律,以1年生植物占优势,多年生植物种已有侵入。转基因林地与非转基因林地植物群落植物种多样性指数存在显著差异性的为Margalef指数、Shannon-wiener指数和Pielou指数,不存在显著差异的为Simpson优势度指数。说明转基因银腺杂种杨对林内植物多样性尚没有明显的影响。 The genetic stability of Populus alba x P. glandulosa with exogenous SacB for 8 - year field experiment has been analyzed by use of PCR technique, and the structural and quantitative characteristics analysis has been conducted to the vegetation diversity in forestland and non - transgenic forestland. The PCR analysis shows that SacB gene still exists in transgenic plants. And the results of the structural and quantitative characteristics analysis show that the composition of plant diversity in transgenic forestland is same with the one in non -transgenic forestland, the changing rules of frequency, individual number and biomass of species are same, the annual plants are predominate, and some perennial plants have invaded. In transgenic forestland and non -transgenic forestland, there are significant differences among Margalef index, Shannon - wiener index and Pielou index of plant diversity, and there is no significant difference for Simpson dominance index. It indicates that there is no significant influence for transgene Populus alba x P. zlandulosa on the plant diversity.
