摘要
比较前醇沉与后醇沉两种工艺提取虫草素的乙醇用量与虫草素回收率。以醇沉杂质含量及上清液中虫草素浓度为指标,分别选择不同洗脱液浓度、乙醇体积分数、醇沉时间测定醇沉杂质含量及虫草素浓度。结果表明,在优化工艺条件下,后醇沉比前醇沉乙醇用量减少88%,但单次提取虫草素回收率比前醇沉的低20%左右。因此,两种工艺各有优缺点,且均可用于提取虫草素。
To compare and to evaluate the consumed ethanol and cordycepin yield in using two methods of pre-alcohol precipitation and post-alcohol precipitation for extracting cordycepin,the concentration of cordycepin polysaccharide content and alcohol precipitation as specifications to choose different eluent concentrations,ethanol volume fraction,ethanol precipitation time measuring impurities of ethanol precipitation and cordycepin concentration were tested respectively. The results showed that under these optimum conditions,the alcohol consumption of post-alcohol precipitation was less than pre-alcohol precipitation about 88%,but extracting cordycepin yield of post-alcohol precipitation was inferior to pre-alcohol precipitation's 20%. Thus,two kinds of process have advantages and disadvantages and both of them can be used for extracting cordycepin.
