The Effect of the Treatment of X-ray Radiation Combined with Chemotherapy on the Expression of CD133 and ABCG2 in Glioma

摘要 目的分析X线辐射联合替莫唑胺化疗对胶质瘤CD1333、ABCG2表达的影响,为临床治疗提供参考.方法以武警陕西总队医院在2013年1月至2015年2月人脑胶质瘤64例为观察对象,依照分级不同分为低级别组25例和高级别组39例,均给予X射线符合和替莫唑胺化疗,分析不同级别胶质瘤干预前后胶质瘤干细胞标志物CD133和ADCGG表达变化.结果干预前,高级别组CD133表达(89.7%)和ABCG2表达(92.3%)均显著高于低级别组CD133表达(68.0%)和ABCG2表达(81.8%),P<0.05,干预后高级别组和低级别组CD133表达和ABCG2表达均显著降低,P<0.05,高级别组CD133表达(56.4%)和ABCG2表达(56.4%)均显著高于低级别组CD133表达(20.0%)和ABCG2表达(24.0%),P<0.05,干预前后,CD133(r=-0.782)和ABCG2(r=-0.652)表达与细胞恶化程度呈现负相关,P<0.05.结论不同恶化程度胶质瘤细胞CD133和ABCG2表达存在一定差异,X线辐射联合替莫唑胺化疗治疗能够有效改善CD133和ABCG2表达. Objective To analyze the expression of Glioma CD133 and ABCG2 with the treatment of X-ray radiation combined with chemotherapy, and to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods Sixty-four patients with gliomas in hospital from January 2013 to February 2015 were selected, and divided into High-level group(39 cases) and the low-level group(25 cases) according to the grade of gliomas. Patients in two groups were given treatment of X-ray radiation combined and chemotherapy,the expression changes of Glioma stem cell marker ADCGG and CD133 before and after intervention were ompared between the two groups. Results CD133 expression(89.7%) and ABCG2 expression(92.3%) of High-level group were significantly lower than CD133 expression group(68.0%) and ABCG2 expression(81.8%) of low-level group before intervention(P〈0.05). High-level group and the low level of CD133 and ABCG2 expression group were significantly decreased(P〈0.05). CD133expression(56.4%) and ABCG2 expression(56.4%) of High-level group were significantly lower than CD133 expression group(20.0%) and ABCG2 expression(24.0%) of low-level group after intervention(P〈0.05).After the intervention,CD133(r =-0.782) and ABCG2(r =-0.652) expression and cell deterioration degree had negative correlation(P〈0.05).Conclusion There are some differences in the expression of CD133 and ABCG2 in glioma cells, and the expression of CD133 and ABCG2 could be improved by the combination of X-ray and radiation.
