21例犬猫胃肠道异物的B超诊断 被引量:5

Twenty- one cases of foreign bodies in gastrointestinal tract of dogs and cats surveyed by B ultrasound

摘要 对21例犬猫(猫4例,犬17例)腹部进行B超胃肠道异物检查,并经手术证实其诊断。结果显示:B超检查对犬猫胃肠道异物的诊断符合率为100%,对异物的定位诊断符合率为90.5%;B超诊断胃肠道异物的声像图特征为肠腔扩张,积气时为形态不定的强回声团,积液时为无回声的液性暗区;肠黏膜皱襞水肿、增厚;根据回声界面的轮廓可区分异物的类型,球类异物因其曲面回声界面而易辨认,且后方明显伴有声影,线性异物呈现为明亮的线形回声界面,与较大阻塞异物相比,线形异物时肠管扩张通常较不明显。研究表明B超可精确地诊断犬猫胃肠道异物。 Twenty- one cases of foreign bodies in gastrointestinal( GI) tract of cats and dogs( 4 cats and 17 dogs) were investigated by B ultrasound in the abdomens,and confirmed by operation. The results showed that 100% of foreign bodied in GI tract could be diagnosed by B ultrasound examination,and 90. 5% could be exactly located. The main ultrasonographic features were lumen dilation,the presence of irregular and strong shadowing or unobserved shadowing,which depended on the materials in the lumen. Wall thickening and edema was common. The contour of the interface enabled the identification of the type of foreign bodies. Balls were easily identified because of their characteristic curvilinear interface,commonly associated with shadowing,and linear foreign bodies present as bright linear interfaces. There was no obvious lumen dilation in linear foreign bodies compared to large foreign bodies. Our results indicated that type- B ultrasound examination can provide an accurate diagnosis for the GI tract foreign bodies of dogs and cats.
