Design of a Configurable Output Current LED Power Supply

设计1种可配置输出电流的LED电源,包括前级AC/DC开关电源、后级恒流驱动电路和调光控制电路。前级AC/DC电源给后级驱动电路提供恒定电压,调光控制电路具有数字DALI接口(可寻址数字照明接口)、控制按键和LED指示灯,通过按键或数字DALI接口可以配置输出电流值,通过数字DALI接口可读回电源工作参数,包括输出电流、内部温度值、负载状态等,驱动电压在较大范围内自动适应。本文的技术可应用于室内外LED照明调光控制。

A configurable output current LED power supply,including the AC/DC switching power supply,constant current drive circuit and dimming control circuit,is designed.The AC/DC power to the rear stage driver circuit provides a constant voltage.Dimming control circuit has a digital DALI interface,control buttons and LED indicators.The output current can be set by buttons or DALI interface.Through the digital DALI interface,the power supply operating parameters,including output current,internal temperature and load status,can be read back.The drive voltage can be automatically adapted in a wide range.The article techniques can be applied to LED lighting addressable dimming control.
