近年来,伴随各种替换型LED产品市场和技术的进一步发展,玻璃直管形T8 LED灯(以下简称T8LED灯)高速发展,生产企业和消费者对该产品成本的关注度也越来越高,为此大多数企业倾向于选择低成本的玻璃涂层管生产T8 LED灯。随着大家对环保问题关注度的提高,水性LED光扩散涂料(以下简称水性涂料)已普遍用于T8涂白玻璃管的生产。本文阐述水性涂料应用的设备以及工艺,分析涂层质量的控制要点,并详细介绍如何降低涂料使用成本,以期为水性涂料使用企业提供有益的参考,降低涂料应用的综合成本。

In recent years,with the further development of replaceable LED products market and technology,the glass LED T8（LED T8）lamps achieves fast progress,and the cost of this product attracts more and more concern from production enterprises and consumers.Therefore,the majority of enterprises are inclined to choose the lower cost of glass coated white tube for tubular LED T8 lamp production.With the increasing attention to environmental protection issues,water-based LED light diffusion coatings（hereinafter referred to as water-based coating）is widely used in the production of T8 coated glass tube.This paper describes the equipment and process of the application of water-based coatings,analyzes the control points of the coating quality,and introduces how to reduce the application cost of the coating in detail.It hopes to provide beneficial references to the enterprises using water-based coating,and lower the integrate cost in coating application.
