摘要
为了深入研究内部文化搜索战略在企业提高竞争力过程中所起的作用,以太原钢铁集团有限公司为例,通过调查法、文献研究法等研究方法,挖掘了内部文化搜索战略在提升企业核心竞争力方面所起到的作用,进而提出应通过注重企业生产经营理念塑造与价值观培养、加强绿色企业文化的建设、找准文化建设落脚点3个方面构建适应企业发展的内部文化搜索战略,使企业竞争力得以真正提高。
Taking Taiyuan Iron and Steel(Group) Co., Ltd. as an example, the paper studies the role of the internal cultural search strategy to improve the competitiveness of enterprises through investigation and literature research. Then it puts forward some suggestions from promoting business and management concepts and inculcating proper values, strengthening the construction of enterprise culture and finding foothold for cultural construction.
