摘要
通过对心理所有权的相关文献进行梳理,挖掘心理所有权的内涵,区分心理所有权与其他相近的概念,并基于心理所有权结果变量的总结反映员工心理所有权在组织中发挥的潜在作用,为今后的相关研究提供理论依据。
This paper summarizes the connotation of psychological ownership and the distinction between psychological ownership and other similar concepts. Based on the analysis of outcome variable, the paper arrives at a conclusion that psychological ownership plays a potential role in the organization, and it can provide theoretical basis for related research.
