摘要
以钢渣和赤泥为吸附剂,研究处理模拟废水中的铬。对钢渣和赤泥投加量的质量比、粒径、溶液初始p H值、反应温度以及振荡时间对吸附效果的影响进行研究,结果表明最佳吸附条件为:赤泥与钢渣的质量比为3∶2,粒径选择80目,废液与吸附剂的液固比为20∶1,振荡时间为20 min,反应温度为25℃,溶液的p H值为2。
Modified chromium wastewater were treated by steel slag and red mud. This paper investigated the adsorption effect from the mass ratio of steel slag and red mud, particle size, initial solution p H, reaction temperature and oscillating time. The results showed the optimal adsorption condition was that the mass ratio of red mud and slag was 3∶2, particle size was 80 mesh, liquid to solid ratio of waste liquid and adsorbent was 20∶1, surge time was 20 min, reaction temperature was25 ℃, initial p H was 2.
