介绍了液压机械与液压缸,分析了张紧液压缸的设计步骤,对液压缸的缸筒、缸底、油口、法兰等组件进行了探究和设计,选择了合适的材料和零件,对液压缸设计进行了校核分析,绘制了液压缸缸体及其组件的模型图,为实际生产和进一步研究液压机械提供了参考依据。
The paper analyses the design procedure of tensioning hydraulic cylinder from cylinder tube, cylinder bottom, oil port and flange after the introduction of hydraulic machinery and hydraulic cylinders. Then it checks the design by selecting suitable materials and parts, draws the model of hydraulic cylinder and its components. It provides reference for actual production and further research of hydraulic machinery.
