摘要
系统地回顾了建国以来60余年中国机床工业从无到有、从小到大的历程。扼要介绍了"一五"期间构成中国机床工业基础的"十八罗汉机床"厂以及大跃进和十年动乱期间所遇到的挫折。描述了改革开放后数控机床的引进和发展,国企、民营和外资三足鼎立格局的形成。特别是21世纪以来中国机床工业的突飞猛进,使中国先后成为全球第一消费大国、第一进口大国和第一生产大国,为世界所瞩目。探讨了近年来全球经济形势下滑,中国机床制造业面临的严峻形势,提出重视产品质量和产品创新、加快转型升级,打破低端混战、高端失守的被动局面,促使中国机床制造业摆脱困境,逐步迈向世界机床制造强国之路。
It reviews systematically the development course of China＇s machine tool since the more than 60 years, describes briefly the 18 core factories which were China machine tool industry base from the great leap forward to ten years of turmoil. It presents the import and development of NC machine tools for nearly 30 years, shows three pillar structures such as state-owned enterprises, private and foreign capital. It demonstrates the rapid development of our machine tool industry and becomes the world＇s first big consumers, the first importer and first production country, analyzes the severe situation, puts forward to improve the quality of products and product innovation, speed up the transformation and upgrading.
