摘要
针对航空企业的需求,以实现航空管件高清洁度的清洗设备设计与优化为目标,根据清洗设备的工作特点和工作要求,重点研究分析了清洗液在航空管件内部的流动情况。运用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件中的ANSYS CFX模块,建立了航空管件的有限元模型并进行了模拟试验与数值计算,得到了清洗液在管内的流动特性,为以后清洗设备的设计与优化提供了参考。
Based on the working characteristics and requirements of the cleaning equipment, it takes the optimized design of cleaning equipment of high cleanliness standard for aeronautical tubes as the object, analyzes the flow characteristics of internal cleaning liquid for the aeronautical tubes. In order to acquire the flow characteristics of internal cleaning liquid, it establishes the finite element model with ANSYS CFX model of ANSYS Workbench, obtains the numerical simulation results. This method provides significant reference for optimal design of cleaning equipment.
