摘要
应用成熟度技术,对产品设计过程进行了成熟度等级的划分。对传统的串行设计制造模式进行了转变,提出了基于成熟度的并行协同设计理念,并对集成产品开发团队的组建进行了分析。在某产品研制过程中开展了试点应用,取得了一定成效。
It uses the technology maturity to divide the product design process into maturity level. Changing the traditional serial design mode into the concurrent and collaborative design mode, it present the idea about maturity, analyzes the formation of integrated product team. It shows a pilot application in the development process of some product, and achieves some success.
