摘要
从弹性力学基本理论出发,引入一定的工程简化,推导了正交各项异性复合材料圆角在面外载荷作用下的应力计算公式,以大厚度复合材料圆角为例,分析了参数变化对圆角区径向应力和环向应力分布的影响,给出了圆角结构设计建议。将解析计算结果与试验结果进行对比,结果表明:推导的解析计算方法较试验结果偏于保守,可以用于工程计算。
Based on the basic theory of elasticity, considered some specific engineering simplification, presented a stress calculation method of the orthogonal composite curved beam under out-of-plane load. A case study and analysis of the large thickness composite curved beam was given. The influence of the parameters variety on the radial stress and circumferential stress distribution was studied, the structure design proposal was given. The analytical calculation results were compared with the experimental results. The calculation method is more conservative than the experimental results, which can be used in engineering calculation.
