2D电液转阀式换向阀阀芯卡紧力分析 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了2D电液转阀式换向阀的工作原理,提出了一种2D电液转阀式换向阀的设计方案;应用缝隙流动原理,对2D电液转阀式换向阀阀芯在偏心情况下的径向卡紧力进行系统理论分析,得到阀芯液压卡紧力的理论计算公式;运用MATLAB软件进行数值计算,得出阀芯径向卡紧力与偏心角位置和高低压槽口夹角的关系。 Introduces the working principle of 2D electro-hydraulic rotary valve, and puts forward a design scheme of 2D electro-ydraulic rotary valve.Based on the principle of gap flow and analysis of the radial clamping force of the spool of 2D electro-hydraulic rotary valve under eccentric conditions,the theoretical calculation formula of the clamping force of the spool is obtained.Using MATLAB software to draw the relationship of spool radial clamping force with eccentric angle and the angle of high and low pressure groove.
