摘要
通过ANSYS Workbench计算截止阀在关闭状态下的应力分布和变形情况,并进行安全性分析,仿真结果表明,在7Nm关闭力矩和20℃介质温度下,截止阀特性最好,整体的安全性较高;当关闭力矩过大、介质温度过低时,截止阀部分零件的应力和变形较大,但仍在材料许用范围内,因此截止阀具有较高安全性。
Calculated shut-off valve in the closed state of stress and deformation distribution through ANSYS Workbench, and security analysis, simulation results show that 7Nm closing moments or 20℃ medium temperature, the cut-off valve characteristics best, the overall high security; when closing torque is too large, and the temperature is too low, the cut-off valve portion stress and large deformation of parts, but still within the range of allowable materials, and therefore has a high safety shut-off valve.
