四轴同步系统控制刚性平面水平度的研究

摘要 该文通过博世力士乐HYVOS阀控缸软件,对四轴同步系统仿真,针对液压压机,80t刚性平板靠自重匀速下落400mm,要求速度20mm/s、位置控制误差在3mm以内。文中对比分析PID控制中,比例控制与比例积分控制的差异,得出二者均可满足终点位置控制和速度控制;但比例控制下恒存在稳态位置误差,误差为3.75mm,而比例积分控制在满足各项要求的同时,减小了稳态位置误差,误差为0.08mm,即有很好的追踪特性,过程控制优势明显。 By Rexroth's HYVOS software of valve control cylinder simulation, make the 4 axes synchronization system simulation. For hydraulic press, keep the 80 tons rigid flat uniform down by the speed of 20mm/s and the stroke of 400 mm, position control error is less than3 mm. Comparative analysis of PID control in this paper, especially the difference between proportional control and proportional integral control, and both of them can meet the end position control and the speed control. However, proportional control have the constant presence of steady state position error, the error is 3.75 mm, while proportional integral control meet the requirements at the same time, reducing the steady state position error, the error is 0.08 mm, therefore, it has a good track characteristics and process control advantages.
