摘要
针对普通气浮轴承装置连续供气中的气管干扰问题,该文设计出一种可实现无气管干扰的旋转供气装置。该装置基于空气轴承的技术,设计出一种新的机械结构。通过Fluent仿真软件对该供气装置的各个部分进行流场仿真,计算出装置的内外受力情况及承载能力。通过对仿真结果的分析和装置连接的设计,得出在一定的外部供气压力下,该供气装置可以实现在供气的同时无摩擦的旋转,能有效的解决在连续供气的装置中多个供气气管的干扰问题,最终验证该供气装置性能可靠。
In view of the problem of air supply in the air bearing device, a rotating air supply device with no air interference is designed. The device is based on the technology of air bearing, and a new mechanical structure is designed. Fluent simulation software is used to simulate the flow field in each part of the gas supply device, and the internal and external stress and bearing capacity of the device are calculated.Through the analysis of the simulation results and the design of the device, the gas supply device can achieve the same time without friction at the same time. The final verification of the performance of the gas supply device is reliable.
