摘要 泛素-蛋白酶体系统(ubiquitin-proteasome system,UPS)是主要的蛋白质降解系统,对于生物体有重要意义,是几十年来科学家研究的热点,本文对泛素-蛋白酶体的结构、功能和研究意义作一详尽评述。
