浅谈人为因素对生产安全事故的影响

The Effect of Human Factor on Production Safety Accident

随着科学技术的高速发展，自动化、信息化技术广泛应用于矿山、交通运输、农林牧渔、危险化学品等行业，对生产安全事故的预防起到一定的积极作用。但是生产安全事故依旧频发，仍然是安全生产过程中面临的严峻现实。生产安全事故的发生有客观因素（自然因素和技术因素），也有主观因素（人为因素），通过对生产经营过程中人为因素的分析，包括政府职能部门监管、企业管理、从业人员素质等三方面。开展生产经营单位的全方位安全生产管理，能进一步减少生产经营单位的生产安全事故。

With the rapidly developing of science and technology, the application of automation and informationize technologies in industries of mine, transportation, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries, dangerous chemicals and etc. make some positive effects in the production safety accident prevention. However, the production safety accident still keeps in a high happing rate, which is a serious realistic problem in the safety production process. The causes of production safety accident include objective factors, which are natural effect and technology effect, and subjective factors, which is human factor. In this paper, the human factor in the process of production, including the supervision and the management of administration, the management of production unit, and the professional knowledge of the practitioners will be analyzed for the purposes of enhance the comprehensive security management in the production process and reducing the production safety accident rates of the production unit.
