摘要
金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum demersum L)是一种能提高湖泊自净能力和改善水质的多年水生草本植物,在促进富营养化湖泊的自我修复方面有着重要的意义.本文主要研究有机磷农药乐果对金鱼藻生长代谢的影响.在室内模拟条件下,设置不同浓度的乐果,监测金鱼藻的生长、可溶性蛋白(WSP)的含量及脯氨酸(Proline,Pro)的活性.结果表明,当乐果浓度低于15.0 mg/kg时,对金鱼藻主要表现刺激生长作用;而当浓度超过30.0 mg/kg时,主要表现出抑制作用.低浓度乐果污染的水体中金鱼藻的代谢能力强,生长力旺盛;金鱼藻在有高浓度乐果污染水体中脯氨酸的活性受到强烈诱导,抗逆性较高;抗逆性随着乐果浓度的增加呈现上升的趋势,表明金鱼藻能够适应有机磷农药污染环境,对水体中的氮磷营养物具有潜在净化作用.
Hornwort( Ceratophyllum demersum L) is one of the self-cleaning perennial herbaceous aquatic plants that can significantly improve self-purification capacity of eutrophic lakes and promote the quality of water. However,the presence of organic phosphorus pesticide has significantly inhibited their growth. Therefore,this article studies the influence of dimethoate on the growth of hornwort( Ceratophyllum demersum L) by setting different concentrations of dimethoatein the laboratory to monitor the growth status of hornwort and the content of soluble( WSP) and the activity of proline( Proline,Pro). The results show that the growth of hornwort was stimulated when concentration of dimethoate was below 15. 0 mg / kg,was inhibited when concentrations of dimethoate were over 30. 0 mg / kg. The WPS was inhibited in the first three days and the activity was recovered in the sixth day. The growth of metabolism of Hornwort was more extensive and faster in the low concentrations of dimethoate polluted water. However,the activity of proline was highly induced and resistance inverse of Hornwort was more significant in high concentrations of dimethoate polluted water. Resistance inverse of Hornwort showed an upward trend with increasing concentrations of dimethoate and can adapt polluted environment. Therefore hornwort in water area that was polluted by organophosphorus can purify the water and therefore promote the water quality.
