临床实习护生心理韧性与自我效能、主观幸福感的关系

Study on Correlation among Resilience,Self-efficacy and Well-being of Nursing Students during Clinical Practice

目的:了解临床实习护生心理韧性的现状,探讨其与自我效能、主观幸福感的关系。方法:应用青少年心理韧性量表、一般自我效能感量表、主观幸福感量表对367名临床实习护生进行调查。结果:实习护生心理韧性总分为(94.24±6.18)分,5个维度得分从高到低为目标专注、人际协助、家庭支持、积极认知、情绪控制。t检验显示,实习护生在目标关注(t=3.931,P=0.000)、人际协助(t=14.348,P=0.000)得分高于常模,在情绪控制(t=-3.394,P=0.000)、积极认知(t=-15.011,P=0.000)得分低于常模,在家庭支持得分、心理韧性总分与常模差异无统计学意义;相关及回归分析显示,自我效能、主观幸福感、家庭所在地、是否独生、学历是实习护生心理韧性的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:实习护生心理韧性总体水平与常模相近,且受自我效能、主观幸福感等因素影响。

Objective：To explore the status of resilience of nursing students during clinical practice and the relationship among resilience,self-efficacy and well-being.Methods：Totally 367 nursing students were investigated by Resilience Scale of Youths,General Self-Efficacy Scale and Index of Well-being.Results：The aggregate score of resilience was（94.24±6.18）,the score of five dimensions from high to low were goal planning,interpersonal assist,family support,positive thinking and emotional control.T-test showed that the scores of goal planning and interpersonal assist in nursing group were higher than the norm（t=3.931,14.348;P〈0.05）;While the scores of emotional control and positive thinking（t=-3.394,-15.011;P〈0.05）in nursing group were lower than the norm.There were no significant differences between nursing students and the norm in family support and aggregate score of resilience.Correlation analysis and multiple linear regression showed that self-efficacy,subjective well-being,home location,only child or not,education background were the main predictors of nursing students＇ resilience（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The total level of resilience in nursing students group is closing with norm.And it is influencing by various factors,such as self-efficacy,well-being.Nursing educators need to take effective measures to improve the level of resilience of nursing students,which will contribute to their s physical and mental health.
