不同学历护生共情能力、一般自我效能感与人格特征的相关性 被引量:26

摘要 目的:探讨不同学历护生的共情能力,一般自我效能感以及人格特征之间的关系。方法:采用杰斐逊共情量表-护生专用版(JSPE-NS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)对344名护理专业学生进行问卷调查。结果:本科护生共情能力总分及情感关怀维度得分高于专科护生(t=3.117,4.117;P<0.01);本科护生人格特质中的精神质、神经质、掩饰性得分显著低于专科护生(t=-5.040,-2.860,-4.027;P<0.01)。一般自我效能感、共情能力和人格特征两两之间存在相关。结论:本科护生相比专科护生共情能力更高,人格更完善。一般自我效能感、共情能力和人格特征三者间关系密切。 Objective:To explore the relationship among general self-efficacy,empathy ability and the personality.Methods:344nursing students were surveyed by JSPE-NS,GSES and EPQ-RSC.Results:The undergraduate nursing students' score in empathy ability and emotional care was higher than that of college nursing students(t=3.117,4.117;P〈0.01);The undergraduate nursing students' scores in P、N、L scale were lower than that of college nursing students(t=5.040,2.860,4.027;P〈0.01).There were positive or negative correlations among General self-efficacy,empathy ability and personality.Conclusion:The empathy ability and the personality of undergraduate nursing students were relatively better;There were closely relationship among general self-efficacy,empathy and personality.
