According to Opinions for Strengthening Construction of New Think Tanks with Chinese Characteristics issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and from the perspective of political philosophy and political theory of knowledge,the paper probes into the survival logic,intrinsic mechanism and conditions for work of the new think tanks of socialism with Chinese characteristics,aiming at the two issues of knowledge demand of social development and innovation power of social science.
