论信任、资源与持续竞争优势 被引量:13

摘要 本文根据信任的关键变量———源于机会主义的脆弱性 ,将信任分为弱式、半强式和强式三种类型 ,并分析了它们与持续竞争优势的关系。结论是只有在一定条件下信任才可能成为持续竞争优势源泉。
