儿童血友病治疗中的评估 被引量:3

摘要 血友病作为一种遗传性出血性疾病,多在儿童时期起病。据估计,在中国,14岁以下的血友病患儿大约有5~6万人。但现阶段,这些儿童的生活现状却不容乐观。北京儿童医院的一项研究表明,6~18岁的血友病患儿中,90%存在血友病关节病变,超过半数以上的患儿有2个或2个以上的关节受累。出血所导致的疼痛、疾病导致的残疾、高昂的治疗费用、社会对于疾病的不了解等诸多因素,使得血友病患儿的生活质量受到严重的影响。
