感恩对大学生负性生活事件与生命意义感的影响:有调节的中介效应 被引量:26

The Effects of Gratitude on College Students' Negative Life Events and Sense of the Meaning of Life:the Moderated Mediating Effect

摘要 目的:考察大学生负性生活事件、感恩和生命意义感之间的关系。方法:采用青少年生活事件量表、感恩问卷和生命意义量表对458名大学生进行测量。结果:(1)大学生负性生活事件应激量、感恩和生命意义感之间两两显著相关;(2)感恩在负性生活事件对生命意义体验的影响中起完全中介作用,在负性生活事件对生命意义寻求的影响中起部分中介作用;(3)留守经历对感恩的中介效应起调节作用,在有留守经历群体中,感恩可以中介负性生活事件应激量对生命意义体验/生命意义寻求的影响,而在无留守经历群体中则不能。结论:感恩在负性生活事件与大学生生命意义感之间起中介作用,这一中介作用受留守经历调节。 The present study aims to explore the relationship between college students' negative life events, gratitude and sense of the meaning of life, by surveying 458 college students with the Adolescents Self-Rating Life Events Check List, the Gratitude Questionnaire, and the Meaning of Life Questionnaire. The results show the following: (1) There is a significant correlation between the college students' negative life events, gratitude and sense of the meaning of life; (2) their gratitude completely mediates their negative life events and sense of the meaning of life, and partially mediates their negative life events and their search for the meaning of life; and (3) their previous experience of staying at home without their parents working in cities far away from home moderates the mediating effect of their gratitude, and their gratitude can mediate their negative life events and their sense of or search for the meaning of life. The study concludes that gratitude mediates college students' negative life even- ts and sense of the meaning of life, which is moderated by their previous experience of staying at home without their parents working in cities far away from home.
