摘要
为了促进国内更高级别桥梁缆索用盘条的研发和实物质量水平的提升,试验选取了国外最好的典型桥梁缆索用盘条和钢丝样品,进行了较全面的检测。结果表明该盘条强韧性好,抗拉强度逸1340MPa,断面收缩率逸44%;没有采用微合金强化技术,仅在高碳高硅成分的基础上,通过Al脱氧来细化奥氏体晶粒,并通过组织细化来提高综合力学性能,其索氏体化率逸90%,珠光体片层间距0.18~0.22μm,夹杂物尺寸5~8μm,且中心碳偏析、脱碳层和表面质量均控制良好。
In order to improve the development of domestic bridge cable wire rod and its physical quality level, the best foreign typical bridge cable wire rod and wire samples were analyzed comprehensively. The results show that the wire rod has good strength and toughness. The tensile strength and section shrinkage rate is more than or equal to 1340 MPa, 44%, respectively. The comprehensive performance of the wire rod improves on account ofmicrostructure and grain refinement by aluminum deoxidation only on the basis of high carbon and high silicon components without micro-alloy strengthening technology. Then, the sorbitizing rate is greater than 90%, and the pearlite interlamellar spacing is 0.18-0.22 μm, while the size of inclusions is 5-8um The central carbon segregation, decarburized layer and the surface quality are well controlled.
